Return Policy and Product Warranty
Thank you for your business and making the decision to purchase House ISP products.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
1. You have (14) calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item need to have the receipt or proof purchase.

Refunds

  1.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have
    received your returned item within (5) business days.
  2.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original
    method of payment) within (10) business days. You will receive this credit,
    depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  3. 15% restocking fee

Shipping

  1. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty
Every product sold by House ISP comes with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers
defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the
manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse,
unauthorized modification.
